Overview
Aerox, an aviation and aerospace component manufacturer, is seeking a full time bookkeeper who is familiar with cost accounting, manufacturing financial oversight and management, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems to perform financial oversight of our business. Reporting to the CFO, this position requires someone with good analytical skills, intellectual curiosity to ask questions, who is able to take on responsibilities when needed, and who is a good communicator.

Primary Responsibilities

Basic Bookkeeping functions - Accounts receivable, payable,

Payroll processing through Paylocity,

Maintaining company records, such as insurance policies,

Ad hoc reporting

Monitor cash flow

Monthly credit card and bank statement reconciliation

Payment processing

Reviewing manufacturing costs

Purchasing/Spending analysis.

Performs end of day invoicing, and other tasks as assigned.

Exhibits an overall "Can-do" and "Get it Done" attitude

Is well organized, and can manage general office technology

Understands the internal sales/manufacturing cycle

Assist with Purchasing responsibilities as-assigned.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Bookkeeping: 3-5 years (Preferred)

Qualifications

Technology Savvy

Urgency and ownership of solutions

Comfortable speaking with customers on phone

Strong written communications skills

Ability to learn technical subjects

Curiosity and willingness to learn

Interest in Aviation is a strong plus
