Responsible for generating resident billing in a timely and accurate manner. - -RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with preparation and monitors all monthly billing and collection processes utilizing established policies, procedures and tracking systems.
• Enters resident account and billing data received from community in Vitals system.
• Responsible for processing monthly resident account charges for move-ins, move- outs, transfer and ancillary billing.
• Ensures any resident rent incentives are applied and charged according to agreements. -
• Verifies resident account balances are accurate and that charges and statements are prepared and submitted accurately and timely.
• Completes all month-end procedures prior to accounting closing deadlines.
• Communicates and works in cooperation with Business Office Managers and Executive Directors.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred but not required.
  • Three years or more of previous billing experience.
