Job Description:
Assistant to the CEO This position directly supports the CEO of
Chrysallis and works closely with the owner. This role requires a
high degree of professionalism, interpersonal skills, independent
judgement, and maturity. The position also requires the ability to
support and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure
environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to
consistently exercise good judgement in a variety of situations;
will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative
and organizational skills; and the ability to maintain a realistic
balance among multiple, often competing, priorities. What You'll Do
The priorities associated with this role are:--- Complete a broad
variety of administrative tasks including extensive scheduling and
calendaring meetings; complex domestic and international travel and
composing and preparing correspondence and presentations. ---
Maintain ongoing reports, update, and organize shared drives/files
as needed to support business activities, help track and drive
completion of deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.---
Assist in planning and coordination of management and customer
meetings, team events & offsite activities.--- Prepare and submit
reports.--- Support ad hoc projects, assignments or other related
duties as needed.--- Build rapport with key cross-functional
stakeholders to serve as a catalyst around scheduling and
inquiries/requests.--- Follow-up with items or tasks .--- Research,
prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed
to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential
nature.--- What You'll Bring--- 5+ years' experience in an
executive administrative role .--- Exhibits positivity,
professionalism, confidentiality, initiative and good judgement,
and is collaborative and proactive.--- Organized and resourceful;
able to think systematically and pivot quickly, anticipate needs
and execute autonomously, with strong attention to detail.---
Experience in scheduling complex travel globally, across multiple
time zones; Italian or French language skills a plus. --- Not
easily flustered, operates well under stress, not frustrated by
last minute or changes in priorities or schedules. Strong
adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.--- Outstanding
verbal and written communication skills including PR. An interest
in Art is a plus.--- Tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in
Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Excel. It is impossible to list every
