Job DescriptionWe are an income tax and financial services firm seeking seasonal full-time and part-time Ad ministrative help to work out of our Bonita Springs, FL branch office during tax season.Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering a high volume of telephone calls
  • Data Entry
  • Filing, copying, collatingMinimum qualifications: Must be able to work in a fast paced professional environment with experience handling a high volume of telephone calls, ability to multitask and think independently . Strong ad ministrative, computer and customer service skills are essential. UltraTax and CS Practice experience preferred. For consideration, please send cover letter and resume.Seasonal Admin
