We are currently seeking skilled foremen in the Fort Myers and Southwest Florida area. Responsibilities: Blueprint Reading, layout and planning of the day to day duties Ensure projects are completed on time and within set budget Supervise employees and subcontractors Safety plan management including training and enforcement of safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and harassment-free work environment Work hands on to complete projects Maintain employee records including payroll, overtime, schedules Train, mentor, and discipline employees Requirements: 3 plus years of commercial construction experience Knowledge of interior/exterior framing, drywall and exterior skin systems Ability to use the tools necessary for trade General knowledge of accident prevention and safety guidelines Clean driving record and reliable transportation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Preferred: HS Diploma or relevant college degree English/Spanish Bilingual E-Verify / EOE / DFWP / AA / M/F Vet/Disability Job Posted by ApplicantPro
