Firm is focused on quality, building collaborative relationships, and providing outstanding client service. Preferred Builder for SW Florida's most prestigious communities such as Aqua Lane Shores, Miromar Lakes, Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks, and The Moorings. Company is 25 employees strong with the bulk of tenure being 10-20 yrs! Owner describes it as a fabulous place to work! Family-feel, fun, dedicated team driven to succeed. Project Manager oversees and directs all projects from start to completion, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and ensures projects run smoothly and all goals are met to client satisfaction—including overseeing budgets and costs of equipment, materials, labor, contractual negotiation and performance, manage and mitigate risks, and responsibility of overall project activities. Ensures projects up to quality standards, specifications, and that completion deadlines are met.Salary: $120k-$140k + discretionary bonus ($10k-$20k), + $500/mo, truck + phone allowance.DO NOT LET $ DETER YOU.
