We're focused on growth opportunities, we host an annual holiday party, and have a robust referral program that allows employees to earn ever more money Come join our team Job Description: Base commission (6 figure earning potential) The-- Account Manager -- directly reports to and supports the CBO, RVP, and SVP of Benefit Sales. The AM oversees and manages the Open Market quote and sold case submission, implementation, and administration process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and request open market quotes received from benefits consultant. Oversee the sales implementation process with Broker partners and insurance carriers for assigned book of business. Develop carrier comparison spreadsheets which includes benefits and rates. Analyze the company and data to strategize on the best solution for the client. Oversee the Benefits Administration for assigned book of business. Creates enrollment guides and sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures. Ability to present OE meetings, finalist presentations with confidence. Analyzing and strategize customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts for client retention, as well as to identify potential customers. Tracking quote and sold case activity for assigned clients (BoB). Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products. Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and financing to optimize sales. Update Pipeline file; Entering activities in Zywave/Brokerage Builder, Salesforce. Ensure clients are compliant and adhere to ACA regulations.
