  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on multi-family and clubhouse projects
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools, as well as construction safety regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Procore, Building Connected preferred
