As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences by directing and administering several aspects of operation. This includes implementing the property's policies and procedures as defined by the property's ownership and/or Troon. Previous managerial experience is a requirement for the position.Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work nights weekends and holidays, as needed. Responsibilities Manages the day to day operation of the HOA Amenities, including Food & Beverage, Tennis, Fitness, Facilities and Admin office area. - Manages all aspects of the club in the absence of the general manager Assists in hiring, developing and supervising all key management employees of the property Assists in overseeing the care and maintenance of the property's physical assets and facilities Provides assistance in management of Pro-Shop Maintains positive and productive relationships between the HOA facility and its board of directors, golfers, guests, employees, community, government, and industry Assists with sourcing, hiring, developing, training, and motivating a staff of professional service-orientated staff at the discretion of the General Manager Assists GM in managing staff by conducting staff meetings Ensures standards by implementing necessary policies and procedures Performs other duties assigned by manger or supervisor Education and Experience Requirements Must have related experience in upscale F&B; club environment preferred Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws Must have food and beverage/a la carte and banquet experience Ability to manage staff (supervisory experience) Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must have strong customer/guest orientation Working Conditions

• Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping
• Regularly to reach with arms and hands
• Occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception
• Moderate exposure to extreme cold, heat, working outdoors, chemicals, pesticides, gasoline, vibration, pollen, dust, mechanical hazards, and electrical hazards
• Noise level is typically moderate to loud
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
