Proven track record in project management, with a specialization in ground-up construction.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Based in Ft. Myers or willing to relocate.Skills:
- Expertise in ground-up construction processes, including site preparation, foundation laying, and structural framing.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction codes and regulations specific to ground-up projects.
- Strong budgeting and cost management abilities for large-scale construction endeavors.
- Proficient in coordinating subcontractors and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving, able to anticipate and address challenges throughout the construction process.
