We are looking for experienced and diverse Project Managers to help run a massive project in Bonita Springs, FL. What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager is in charge of managing and coordinating all resources and documentation necessary throughout the entirety of the project. The PM is to ensure every project is performed at a high level of quality while maintaining cost effectiveness and fulfilling assigned time constraints.
What You Need for this Position
More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:- General Contracting- Preconstruction Management- Experience in different project types- Budgeting & estimating- Bid NegotiationsProject management includes:- Reviewing subcontractor applications- Invoicing- Weekly owner meetings- Weekly architectural meetings- Development of Construction Schedules- Establish and Build Owner/Architect RelationsMust pass background and drug screen.Valid State Driver's License
