Candidate Requirements Active & unrestricted Florida medical license DEA Board Certified or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) Eligible for Medicare Participation FMCSA NRCME (or willingness to obtain — training provided) Background in FM, IM, EM, UC, or Occupational Medicine Leadership experience a plus (but not required!)
