If so, please read on: Hope PACE in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Primary Care Provider with a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine. The Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides comprehensive medical and social services to older patients by integrating the patient’s goals and values, comorbidities, and prognosis into the practice of evidence-based medicine. A Physician who is looking for an opportunity to build longitudinal relationships and drive appropriate care for each participant will thrive in this position. Equally important is a Physician with exceptional communication and documentation skills! Hope PACE Opportunity Join a collegial interdisciplinary care team. Full-time position – Monday – Friday. Center hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Participants are seen by the Primary Care Provider between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Dedicated administrative time between 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm. The average number of participants seen per day is 3 – 8. No Call responsibilities. Call is taken by a Call Team. Competitive compensation and benefits including 26 PTO days.
