Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - PACU Job Details: • Work 10-hour day shifts with call responsibilities • Call requirements will be discussed during manager interview • 2 years of PACU experience required • PACU (ICU/ER) experience required • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Prior travel experience highly preferred • Work in 24-bed unit handling ortho and general surgery cases • Use EPIC electronic medical record system • Floating between units required • Must be flexible with scheduling • Function as core staff member • 50-mile radius rule enforced • All schedule requests must be submitted at time of application • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start date with no exceptions • Degree accreditation verification required or must have 5 years of experience Facility: This healthcare facility features a comprehensive 24-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit specializing in orthopedic and general surgery recovery care.
