Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Fort Myers,
FL Agency: Job.com Pay: $1,900 to $2,000 per week Shift
Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP About the Position Deliver direct patient care to
laboring, antepartum, and postpartum mothers and newborns. Monitor
and interpret fetal and maternal assessments using AWHONN
standards. Support labor induction, augmentation, and delivery
procedures (vaginal and operative). Administer medications and
manage IV and epidural therapies per policy. Collaborate with the
healthcare team to plan and implement individualized care plans.
Respond effectively to obstetric emergencies and participate in
neonatal resuscitations. Accurately document all patient care in
Epic EMR. Participate in unit on-call rotation (12 hours per 6-week
period). Float to other maternal-child units or sister campuses as
required. Contribute positively to unit culture and teamwork;
function as core staff. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of
recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required Travel Experience:
Prior travel nursing experience required BLS – Basic Life Support
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation
Program AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (completed and passed)
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
Certification Degree from an accredited nursing program (must be
documented on profile)
