Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Fort Myers, FL

Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date:
ASAP About the Position Provide direct and continuous nursing care
for critically ill neuro patients in a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Perform neurological assessments and monitor for changes in patient
condition. Administer and titrate critical care medications per
physician orders and hospital protocol. Manage ventilators,
invasive lines, and advanced monitoring equipment. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans. Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic EMR
system. Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control, and
patient safety standards. Float to other critical care units,
Progressive Care (PCU), or ED hold areas as needed. Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience with neuro specialty
experience required Education: Degree from an accredited nursing
program Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required NIHSS (National
Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – Required Charting System: Epic
(required experience)
