Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide personalized treatment and care plans based on patient needs and severity of impairment. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive care strategies. Educate patients and families about management techniques and treatment goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatment plans and progress. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share insights and strategies. Stay updated with the latest treatment techniques and industry standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in various speech and language disorder treatments Ability to handle a diverse caseload Understanding of healthcare software and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
