Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Audiologist to join our dynamic team in Southwest Florida. As part of our health system, you will be instrumental in providing specialized auditory and hearing care to pediatric patients. Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics for pediatric patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history. Monitor and record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Educate patients and their families about auditory health and hearing conservation. Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Expertise in pediatric audiology and auditory disorders Proficiency with audiometric tools and diagnostic technologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current State Licensure in Audiology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
