This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch medical care. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Follow all established policies and procedures of HCA Healthcare. Engage in learning opportunities within the Grad Nurse Residency to enhance professional growth. Document and maintain accurate patient records and reports. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health preservation and disease management. Strong clinical skills in a Med-Surg setting. Ability to operate various medical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license must be obtained within 90 days of employment. BLS Certification required.
