Job Description Location: Home Health Office,12801 Westlinks Drive,Fort Myers FL 33913 Department:Nursing, Home Health Work Type:Full Time (80 hours bi-weekly) Shift: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Flexible to meet patient and business needs Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05 / hour This is a driving role. Caring for patients in their home. Strong documentation/computer skills needed for this role. This position supports the Central Team: Fort Myers, Lehigh, Alva One (1) year of acute experience required. Experience:Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience required. Minimum 2 years of cardiac experience preferred. Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required.
