Job DescriptionLocated in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida, The Center Bar at the Promenade is currently seeking Bartenders to join our Food and Beverage Team.Our full time compensation package includes an $8.00 hourly wage plus gratuity, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, Life, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers. Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment from customers
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Notifies management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers
• Verifies identification whenever the age of a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage service
• Sets up bar including all liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
• Assists with inventories unused liquor and beverages.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Previous bartender experience required.
