Job Description Job Description Description: The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Uphold sanitation and food safety principles. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory. Relay reports on customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties. Communicate effectively with other team members, including the food truck operators and management Handle various impromptu requests from customers. Other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications: No formal education required. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role Basic math skills Extremely detail-oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong leadership and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Must be able to pass Criminal and Drug background testing Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and events Familiarity with bar-specific safety protocols, including fire prevention and emergency response Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines Commitment to maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff
