- Conveniently located at 10020 Coconut Road #144, Bonita Springs, FL 34135, US Customer Service Manager The Customer Service Manager at Ted Todd Insurance is responsible for the continued excellence in Customer Service according to Allstates standards within Ted Todd Insurance. This position presents an opportunity to take ownership and control over all systems and processes as they are related to Customer Service within Ted Todd Insurance. This person will also be responsible for motivating employees, managing staff bonuses and training as these subjects are related to Customer Service within Ted Todd Insurance. This person is a supervisor of all staff that is in a customer service role. Job Responsibilities
- Assist staff in training, coaching and development on a daily basis.
- Act as liaison between Staff and Customer Service Director to ensure that all parties maintain clear communication and aligned incentives.
- Measure and communicate all metrics as they pertain to the Bonita Springs Office and Leadership Team.
- Manage all bonuses that fall under the CS umbrella and communicate those to H.R. by the 15th of every month.
- Communicate progress of goals to the agency staff members across all departments.
- Hold weekly staff meetings.
- Keep team engaged and motivated as well as promoting a positive and encouraging work environment. Minimum Requirements
- Over 18 years of age.
- Legal United States Resident.
- Never convicted of a felony.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Availability to work 40 hours
- Fluent in English
- Ability to type 50+ wpm and a strong proficiency with computers and technology.
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills to be used both internally with staff and externally with prospects and clients.
- At least 2 years of proven experience selling and/or customer service.
- Display strong leadership skills and an ability to resolve problems in creative ways. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1 year of phone sales experience
- Minimum 1 year in insurance industry
- Proven experience in building client relationships
