The position has the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation of the Company's external financial statements and footnotes including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and Proxy Statement.
• Consult with internal stakeholders on complex trasactions to ensure proper accounting and reporting treatment.
• Inform and consult with management on new accounting and regulatory standards.
• Research technical accounting and reporting matters and author accounting memos and research papers.
• Evaluate complex business trasactions to determine the prooper accounting treatment and suggest alternative strategies for stucturing the transactions.
• Interact with internal and external auditors on reporting maters and technical accounting issues and trasactions.
• Assist with the preparation and review of investor materials.Requirements:
  • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Accounting and Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX control requirements. Big 4 audit experience is preferable.
  • Experience with external auditor communications and SEC reporting process.
  • Experience with Workiva or similar SEC reporting software, XBRL tagging, and Hyperion Financial Management consolidation system preferred.
