We are currently seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills. You must be able to work in an active environment with the ability to multi-task. A history of customer service and a friendly manner are also required. Experience working with Building Departments to pull permits and scheduling final inspections is preferred,.
As the Permit Coordinator of NewSouth Window, the ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a positive attitude and thrive on providing a positive customer experience.

Job requirements:
1. Moving customer projects to completion.
2. Answering incoming calls and/or directing to correct departments.
3. Must be VERY well organized and computer literate!
4. Ability to work in a dynamic (winning) environment.
Southwest Florida building permit experience a plus.

• Working hours Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm & occasional Saturdays Sat. 9am-3pm
