All current and future staff are eligible for a vaccination incentive.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTODIAL SERVICESAs Part-Time Custodial Services, you will ensure the cleanliness of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Sports Center, and Lifestyle Center. You will perform routine maintenance activities. You will perform cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. You will collect and dispose of trash and waste. You will make use of custodial and general maintenance equipment, i.e. buffers, pressure cleaners, and blowers. Assist in securing buildings and facilities after daily use. You will be working 3 days a week, with a total of 24 hours per week.QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES

• Previous custodial experience
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time in a hot and humid climate
• Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy objects or equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of general maintenance equipment
• Must have a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to pass a drug test
