We're searching for an EXPERIENCED real estate administrative
assistant. You'll be responsible for managing transactions from
start to finish providing superb customer service to sellers,
buyers and realtors. . Applicants should be extremely thorough,
possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of
real estate listing to closing processes and database management.

Responsibilities:
Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer
database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and
lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing
high-quality print and digital marketing materials
Qualifications:
License for real estate is preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background in real estate is required for this position
