The long-term contract / temporary to hire Project Assistant role will be based in Bonita Springs, Florida.Your responsibilities in this role- Requesting information needed to fill in incomplete documents- Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support- Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations- Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress- Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules- Finding information online using research tools- Ensuring key partners receive project information- Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences
