Job Summary:
Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialists is always the primary consideration. Producing high quality cases and communicating effectively with management and other members of the BonaDent team is vital. This position requires high attention to detail in order to create restorations that would be graded at a minimum level of 9 at final QC, ensuring that BonaDent's vision of being Anterior and Complex Case Specialists is met. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail are required. This individual must have the ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations, and accept and apply constructive feedback.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Essential Functions

• Carry out production of 16 high-end units per day
• Doctor communication as needed
• QC as needed
• Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or problems
• Ensure that all Rx's and preferences are followed
• Have awareness of supply usage, waste, and areas of opportunity
• Required to strive for a total team working relationship
• Do whatever is possible to meet daily sales & gross profit goals
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and cleanly bench
• Recognize and report problem cases or cases that need additional prep work
• Additional duties and assignments as required or needed
