Skills & Qualifications: - - - - - - - -Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you intend to practice. - - - - - - - -Graduation from an accredited nursing program - - - - - - - -1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) inpatient experience - - - - - - - -BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) - - - - - - - -Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs. - - - - - - - -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. - - - - - - - -Empathy and compassion to provide holistic care and support to patients and their families. - - - - - - - -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking. - - - - - - - -Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in nursing practice.
