Shangri-La Springs is growing!:We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in hotel sales and a passion for customer service to join our team at Shangri-La Springs.The Sales Manager will:

• Solicit new and exiting accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
  • Have an extensive knowledge of the property's offerings to share with guests and employees
    • Preparing correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance.
      • Participation in daily/weekly meetings, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales related meetings as required.
        • Book, Manage and maintain all sales accounts for the hotel.
          • And other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate will:
            • Have a minimum of three years experience in hotel sales
              • Maintain a positive and customer service focused attitude
                • Be self-directed, and also able to both give and receive direction clearlyThis position entails physical labor consistent with working in a hotel, and may include standing for prolonged periods, stair-climbing, lifting, pulling, or pushing items up to 50lbs.This is a full-time opportunity, schedule TBD in conjunction with Director of Sales, but the Sales Manager can expect to work many nights and weekends.Full time positions with our company come with benefits including employer contributions to medical, dental, and vision insurance.
