Job Description:
The Alex Owens Team is seeking an enthusiastic and
self-motivated real estate agent who is passionate about buyer
sales to help us manage and grow our pipeline of leads. As a member
of our team, you will be responsible for converting leads into
active clients and closing sales through effective communication,
negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Our team provides extensive training, education, and support to
ensure you have the resources and information you need to be
successful in your role. We offer regular training sessions on
industry trends and best practices, as well as access to
cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to help you stay ahead
of the competition.
We are experiencing tremendous growth and generating more leads
than we can manage with our current team. We are looking for agents
who are ready to take advantage of this opportunity to join a
thriving real estate team and help us continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
--- Manage a pipeline of leads generated by The Alex Owens Team's
marketing budget
--- Qualify and convert leads into active clients
--- Guide clients through the home buying process, including
showing properties, negotiating offers, and providing market
insights
--- Consistently follow up with active clients to ensure a
successful transaction (this includes warm and cold calling
leads)
--- Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market and stay
up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
--- Participate in team meetings and training sessions weekly
--- Collaborate with other agents and team members to support and
foster a positive team culture
Qualifications:
--- Active real estate license in the state of Florida
--- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
skills
--- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with
clients
--- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work
independently and as part of a team
--- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software and tools
--- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and
weekends
About Company:
Alex's original background is actually in digital marketing, not
real estate. After spending nearly 10 years honing his advertising
skillset, he decided to put it to work inside his mom's business
(his mom has been a Realtor in Naples for 30 years). The results
were immediate - within just 6 months of getting his real estate
license and launching his first campaigns, Alex had put 8 deals
under contract with gross commissions totaling $250,000. Within his
first year, he surpassed $500,000 in GCI, all of which came from
the leads he was generating online. Alex's book of business quickly
grew to a point where he could no longer handle it himself, so he
knew it was time to bring in some help. He started by hiring 3
buyers agents, then went on to hire an operations manager and the
