We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities:

--- Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
--- Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
--- Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
--- Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
--- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
--- Engage with existing customers to address inquiries, assist, and facilitate policy adjustments
--- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high client satisfaction levels
--- Collaborate with the team in our bustling office environment, handling various tasks efficiently
--- Comfortable talking on the phone

Qualifications:

--- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
--- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
--- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
--- Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
--- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
--- Willingness to obtain an insurance license; we are prepared to support you in the licensing process
--- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
--- Be comfortable working in an office
--- Willing to learn new things
