Job Description:
Johnson Controls, a pioneer in smart building technology, is
looking for a motivated HVAC Service Sales Representative to join
our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your
expertise in HVAC systems to drive sales and foster relationships
with new and existing clients. With a commitment to innovation and

improving operational efficiency. Identify potential sales
opportunities and generate leads for HVAC systems and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors,
facility managers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and deliver
technical presentations that explain products and services to
customers and prospects. Understand customer needs and assist in
designing efficient, cost-effective HVAC solutions tailored to
their requirements. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to
maximize profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction. Stay current
with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to
adapt sales strategies accordingly. Meet or exceed annual sales
goals and profitability targets. Strong understanding of HVAC
products, services, and market conditions. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic
sales plans and execute them effectively. Technical proficiency to
create and propose feasible solutions. Proficient in CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Preferred certifications include Certified
HVAC Designer (CHD) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
